紫外光诱导的油菜菌核病菌抗扑海因菌株的特性研究

Characteristics of the Resistant Mutants of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum to Iporodione by Ultraviolet Rays

摘要
通过室内紫外光诱导, 获得了油菜菌核病菌多株抗扑海因突变体。采用菌丝生长速率法, 对诱变得到的抗扑海因菌株的抗药性进行了测定。结果显示, 油菜菌核病菌抗扑海因菌株的EC50值分布范围为0.1159-604.2200 μg/mL, 平均值为117.1363 μg/mL, 突变株UVIPrSS-7、UVIPrSS-8、UVIPrSS-15、UVIPrSS-16和UVIPrSS-18的EC50值均大于160 μg/mL。油菜菌核病菌抗扑海因突变株在含扑海因质量浓度为1 μg/mL时的菌核产生数量绝大多数都大于不含药PSA平板的菌核数量, 而高浓度下菌核几乎不产生。
Abstract
In the laboratory, by ultra-violet rays, the iprodione-resistant mutants of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were induced, and the resistances of iprodione-resistant mutants were tested by rate of mycelia growth. The results showed that the EC50 values of iprodione of all iprodione-resistant mutants ranged from 0.1159 μg/mL to 604.2200 μg/mL, with the average of 117.1363 μg/mL. The EC50 of UVIPrSS-7, UVIPrSS-8, UVIPrSS-15, UVIPrSS-16, and UVIPrSS-18 were higher than 160 μg/mL. Sclerotial numbers and weights of the mutants,which cultured in PSA medium with iprodione of 1 μg/mL, were more than control with no iprodione. It suggested that in this experiment, the iprodione-resistant strains were easily obtained and there might be resistance risk of iprodione.
