基于菌落挑选仪的背光源优化设计
Optimal design of backlight source based on colony selection device
摘要
高通量菌落优选仪是一款集菌落分析、菌落挑选于一体的仪器, 其中的照明光源尤为重要, 需要进行设计与优化。LED阵列中灯的数量和混光距离是两个重要的影响背光源光照均匀度的因素, 按一定的步长改变灯的数量和混光距离进行模拟和分析。模拟结果表明, 当灯珠数量为24×24只, 混光距离为12mm时, 光照均匀度为95.47%。用所设计的背光源为对象, 搭建了相关实验系统, 实验结果达到了项目要求标准。
Abstract
High throughput colony selection device is a set of analyzing and selecting colony device, of which light source is especially important and needs to be designed and optimized. Amount of LED arrays and distance of light mixing are two important factors to illumination uniformity of backlight source. Different amount of LED arrays and distance of light mixing are simulated and analyzed. The simulation result shows that illumination uniformity is 95.47% when the amount of LED is 24×24, the distance of light mixing is 12mm. Experimental system is set up in order to test designed backlight source and experimental result meets the project requirement.
