摘要
根据反恐、战场、安保领域的实际需要,设计了可工作于可见光与红外光波段的昼夜合一的变焦光电瞄准镜的光学系统。系统由可见光物镜和红外物镜、中继系统、合束棱镜及公共目镜系统组成。在分析系统原理的基础上,用Zemax软件进行了光学仿真设计,并对设计结果进行了像质分析与评价。设计结果实现了系统在0.4~0.7 μm和8~14 μm两个波段内可控方式下工作,具有良好的成像质量,并可实现白光6/9倍变焦,视场3.5°~5.5°,出瞳距离70 mm;系统使用棱镜合束和中继系统,实现了目镜共用,从而减小了整机系统的体积和质量,满足了军、警、安保类装备的小型应用需求。
Abstract
According to actual needs in the field of counter-terrorism, battlefield and security,an optical system called zoom photoelectric sight is designed in this paper which can work in the visible light and infrared light and can be used both day and night. The system consists of visible light objective lens and infrared objective lens, relay system, beam combiner prism and public eyepiece system.Based on the analysis of the principle the of system, we carried out the optical simulation by using zemax, and conducted the analysis and evaluation on the results. Results on the design showed that the system can work under 0.4~0.7 μm and 8~14 μm within two wavelengths controllable work style, and has good image quality, and can realize 6/9 times in white light zoom, field of view 3.5°~5.5° and an exit pupil distance 70 mm. The innovative design of the prism combined beam and relay system realize the sharing of eyepiece, thus reducing the volume and weight of the whole system, meeting the needs of small application of military, police and security equipment.
