基于TracePro的LED灯具二次光学分析

摘要
利用TracePro光学分析软件对LED灯具进行二次光学分析。通过Pro/E三维造型软件设计了两种会聚透镜,根据照明需求选取了Cree的XP-E灯珠作为光源,运用TracePro光学分析软件的非序列光线追迹方法对根据两种透镜设计的灯具进行了光线模拟,得到了各自的光线分布和光照图,并对两种透镜进行了比较,选出了适合XP-E灯珠的透镜。使用记忆式照度计对灯具的照度进行了实际测量,把实际测量结果与模拟结果进行了对比分析。研究发现使用透镜可以很好地控制光线的分布,通过TracePro光学软件可以快速准确地对LED灯具进行光学设计,有利于缩短研发周期和节约成本。
Abstract
TracePro software is used for secondary optical analysis on LED lamp. Two converging lens are designed by the Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software. Cree XP-E lamp is selected as the light source according to the lighting requirements. Light simulation is conducted on the two lamp lens using non sequential ray tracing method of TracePro software, and the light distribution and illumination pattern are obtained. Proper lens for XP-E lamp bead is selected by comparing the two lens. The lamp illumination is measured by memory type illuminance meter, and the actual results are compared with the simulation results. It is found that the light distribution could be well controlled by the lens. Optical design for LED lamp could be conducted quickly and accurately by using TracePro optical software, which is useful for the shortening of the development cycle and cost savings.
