摘要
制备了用于LED照明的光散射材料,研究了制备过程中,硅氧烷支端基团、硅氧烷与水的摩尔比值、水解过程中的溶液pH值、水解时间、缩合过程中溶液的pH值及缩合时间对光散射粒子粒径及形貌的影响。并制备了不同光散射粒径大小、板材厚度和光散射粒子添加浓度的光扩散板。结果表明,在原料摩尔比值一定的情况下,对光散射粒子粒径影响因素从大到小排序是:聚合过程中的pH值、水解时间、聚合时间、水解过程pH值,而影响光散射粒子形貌的主要原因是硅氧烷与水的摩尔比值。随着粒径的增加,光扩散板厚度的减小以及添加浓度的增加,光扩散板的透光率增加,雾度下降。
Abstract
The light scattering materials used in LED lighting are prepared in this paper. The effects of the functional groups of the siloxane, the nw/no, the pH and the time of the hydrolysis-condensation on the diameter and morphology of the microspheres are studied. The light diffusing plates with different particle sizes, plate thickness and the light scattering particles concentration are also prepared. The results show that at the same ratio of nw and no, the factors descending order to the diameter are: the pH of the polymerization process, the hydrolysis time, the polymerization time, the pH of the hydrolysis process. With the increase of particle size, the decrease of the thickness of light diffusing plate, and the increase of the concentration, the transnuttance increases and the haze decreases.
