双萨那芒特棱镜的设计及性能研究

摘要
为适应偏光技术对偏光分束器件的需求,给出了一种新型偏光分束器件双萨那芒特棱镜的设计。通过光路分析,得出了双萨那芒特棱镜分束角的表达式,详细分析了分束角与结构角和入射光波长的关系,研究了棱镜分束角的入射角效应。结果表明:对于确定波长的单色光,分束角随结构角的增大而增大;对于一定的结构角,分束角随着入射光波长的增大而减小。与常规萨那芒特棱镜相比,对于相同的棱镜结构角,双萨那芒特棱镜的分束角约为常规萨那芒特棱镜的2倍。对于确定的结构角和入射光波长,棱镜的分束角随着入射角的变化而变化。
Abstract
In order to meet the requirement of polarization technology of polarizing device, a new type of polarizing beam, splitter prism named Double Semarmont prism is designed. Formula for splitting angle of the prism is calculated, and the relationship between splitting angle, structure angle and the incident wavelength is analyzed. The incident angle effect of the prism splitting angle is studied as well. The result shows that for certain monochromatic light, the splitting angle increases as structure angle increases while for certain structure angle, and it decreases with the increase of incident wavelength. Compared to conventional Semarmont prism with the same structural angle, the splitting angle of double Semarmont prism is twice that of conventional Semarmont prism. The incidence angle effects of the prism is analysed that splitting angle change as the angle of incidence for certain structure angle and for certain wavelength of monochronmatic light.
