摘要
铝合金是交通运输、航空航天领域常用的一种轻质结构材料。激光选区熔化成形技术是一种基于粉床铺粉的激光增材制造技术,可以实现复杂型腔薄壁构件的高精度、高性能、短流程制造。从材料特性、技术工艺特点等几个方面对国外铝合金激光选区熔化成形技术的发展现状进行了综述。
Abstract
Aluminum alloys are highly demanded in a variety of industries includingaerospace, aviation, automotive, etc. as lightweight materials. Selective laser melting is a kind of laser additive manufacturing techniques based on powder bed fusion. It is considered as a high accuracy, high performance and short cycle technique for manufacturing components with complex geometric. This review presents current research statusof selective laser melting of aluminum alloys on the characteristics of material and processes.
