基于Blackfin的图像识别式印刷网点测版仪的研制

摘要
在印刷工业中,人们通过测量网点面积、网点距离、网点角度这三个参数来实现印刷品质量的控制。由于传统测版仪在测量网点面积时是以光学测量为基础,将光强转换成光照密度值,再间接得到网点密度,其中存在一定的测量误差与计算误差,影响印品质量。因此在数字图像处理的基础上设计了基于Blackfin处理器的测版仪,图像识别式测版仪为直接测量,测量精度高、误差小,更利于控制印品质量,提高网点参数测量精度。
Abstract
In the printing industry, printing dot parameters are measured by means of obtaining the values of area, distance,angle of printing dots to control printing quality. Because the traditional measuring instrument in the measuring network area is based on optical measurement and indirect conversion of light into density value, there is measurement error and calculation error which affect the printing quality. In this paper, a printing measuring instrument is designed on the basis of digital image processing whose measuring is direct. Its measuring accuracy is higher and it is more helpful for controlling printing quality.
