光纤Bragg光栅在变压器振动监测中的测点选择

摘要
为了实现对变压器振动的状态监测,需要选择有效位置布置测点。变压器主要由铁芯、绕组构成,并由夹具固定,在工作状态下产生振动,尤其在共振时振动过大会造成绕组及铁芯变形,从而导致运行故障。通过有限元分析,建立绕组及铁芯-绕组模型,得到绕组前三阶固有频率,分别为1749.1 Hz、1760.8 Hz、1911.3Hz,铁芯-绕组模型前三阶固有频率分别为70.807 Hz、142.59 Hz、163.73Hz,同时得到相应振动波形及谐响应曲线。通过分析可知,在进行铁芯-绕组整体振动监测时应将测点置于变压器顶端,而针对绕组监测时应将变压器置于绕组中部。
Abstract
In order to achieve the state monitoring of transformer vibration,it is need to select the effective positions to arrange for measuring points.Consisting mainly of iron cores and windings of the transformers are fixed by fixture,and it can cause vibrations in working conditions,especially when the resonance appeared,which causes excessive vibration. This vibration will cause the deformation of windings and iron cores,which will result in operational failure. Windings and iron core-winding models are established,and first three natural frequencies of the winding model are got,which are 1749.1Hz、1760.8Hz、1911.3Hz,while the iron cores-winding model are 70.807Hz、142.59Hz、163.73Hz,through finite element analysis. Besides,the corresponding vibration waveform and harmonic response curve can be received. Analysis shows that,during the iron core-winding model’s overall vibration,measurement points should be monitored at the top of the transformer,while winding model,the sensors should be placed in the middle of the transformer.
