清热类中成药中非法添加化药的TLC-SERS研究

摘要
采用薄层色谱(TLC)法使复杂的清热类中药基质与四种掺伪成分即氨基比林、吲哚美辛、萘普生及布洛芬完成简单的分离,继而利用优选的银溶胶为增强基底对分离出的微量物质进行表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)检测,并确定各物质最低检测限(信噪比等于3):氨基比林0.02 mg/mL、吲哚美辛0.2 mg/mL、萘普生0.1 mg/mL及布洛芬0.02 mg/mL。该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、专属性好等优势,实现了清热类中成药的快速检测,可进一步推广于其他类中成药中掺伪物质的测定。
Abstract
Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used for the heat-clearing drugs separation between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)matrix and four kinds of chemicals,namely amidopyrine,indometacin,naproxen,and ibuprofen.Subsequently,optimized silver colloids as enhanced substrate were applied for the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)detection of the chemicals,and lowest limit of detection were determined(the signal to noise ratio equal to 3),and the detection limit of aminopyrine,indomethacin,naproxen,and ibuprofen were 002 mg/mL,0.2 mg/mL,0.1 mg/mL and 0.02 mg/mL.With the advantage of rapidity,simplicity,high sensitivity and specificity,the method achieved rapid detection of chemicals added in TCM for heat-clearing drugs,the method could be extended to the determination of other chemicals adulterated in TCM.
