结直肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，且发病率逐年上升，但其治疗往往仅限于手术、放疗、化疗等传统方法。近年来，光动力疗法在结直肠癌治疗中取得了满意效果。本文对近年来国内外应用光动力疗法治疗结直肠癌的文献进行综述，系统阐述这一治疗方法的起源与发展、作用原理及机制、光敏剂与光源的选择、临床效果、不良反应、制约发展因素及可能解决办法。希望通过本文，为临床医师治疗结直肠癌提供一种新的治疗手段。

Colorcetal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive system, and the occurrences are rising year by year, but the treatment is often limited to the traditional methods such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In recent years, photodynamic therapy has achieved satisfactory effects in the treatment of colorectal cancer. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literatures of the photodynamic therapy for colorectal cancer and elaborates the origin and development,the principle and mechanism, the choice of photosensitizer and light source, clinical utility, clinical adverse reactions, restricting deve lopment factors and possible solutions. By reading this article, We hope that it can provide a new treatment to treat colorectal cancer for clinicians.
