摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、二阶导数谱结合二维相关红外光谱(2D-IR),对8 种豆样品(黄豆、黑豆、蚕豆、豌豆、白芸豆、红豆、绿豆和红小豆)进行鉴别分析。结果显示,8 种豆的原始光谱吸收峰非常相似,仅在吸收峰强度和峰位上有微小差异。对1700~800 cm-1范围的光谱进行二阶导数处理,8 种豆的二阶导数谱差异明显。对8 种豆样品进行2D-IR 光谱分析,发现在860~1250 cm-1和1400~1700 cm-1波段内,8 种豆在自动峰的位置、数量和强度上均存在明显差异。结果表明,应用红外光谱、二阶导数谱和二维相关红外光谱技术可以快速有效地分析和鉴别不同种类的豆。因此红外光谱分析方法对于豆类的分类鉴别是一种快速、准确、有效的方法。
Abstract
The objective of present study is to discriminate eight bean species (soy bean, black soya bean, broad bean, garden pea, white kidney bean, red bean, mung bean and adzuki bean) by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), second derivative infrared spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation infrared (2D-IR) spectroscopy under thermal perturbation. The results show that the infrared spectra of eight bean species are similar, but tiny difference in peak wavenumber and absorption intensity of peaks is observed in the range of 1700~800 cm-1. 2D-IR spectra of the eight bean species are analyzed and show that the samples present the difference in the position and intensity of the auto peaks in the range of 860~1250 cm-1 and 1400~1700 cm-1. It demonstrates that FTIR and 2D-IR are rapid and effective methods for discriminating different bean species.
