毫米波/红外波束合成器实验研究
Experimental research on millimeterwave/infrared beam combiner
摘要
毫米波/红外(MMW/IR)波束合成器是毫米波/红外双模制导半实物仿真系统中的关键器件。介绍了一种波束合成器和对其进行性能研究的实验装置。研究结果表明:工作频段为34~36GHz的毫米波分别从30°、40°和50°方向入射到波束合成器,在垂直和水平两种极化态下,透过率均大于50%,由器件引起的相位移均在3πrad以内;在红外辐射入射角为20°~60°的范围内,当波段为3~5μm时,波束合成器的红外反射率能达到90%以上,当波段为8~12μm时,反射率大于80%,水平和竖直方向的分辨率均在41″以内。该器件已成功地应用到半实物仿真系统中。
Abstract
Millimeterwave/Infrared (MMW/IR) beam combiner is the crucial device of the MMW/IR dualmode guidance hardwareintheloop(HWIL) simulation system. A MMW/IR beam combiner and an experimental setup for performance testing are presented. The following results are obtained: 1) the MMW transmittance of vertical and horizontal polarizations is both greater than 50% with the working frequency of 34 ~ 36GHz and incidence angle of 30°,40° and 50°;2) the phase shift caused by the device is less than 3πrad;3) the IR reflection rate is greater than 90% for wavelength of 3 ~ 5μm and 80% for wavelength of 8 ~ 12μm,with an incidence angle between 20° and 60°;4) the horizontal and vertical resolution are both less than 41". The device has been successfully applied to the HWIL simulation system.
