摘要
提出了一种改善整形输出光束均匀度的优化generalized adaptive additive(GAA)方法,通过分析普通GAA 算法的x 因子不同取值造成输出光强波动差异问题,提出采用自适应优化x 的策略,优选出合适的x 因子值,使得整形输出光束均匀度最优。以把高斯光束整形成超高斯光束为例,分别从相位、均方差误差、衍射效率3 个方面探讨了x因子取不同值的GAA 算法的光束整形性能,最终验证了优化GAA 算法的有效性和可行性。
Abstract
An optimized generalized adaptive additive (GAA) method is proposed to improve the uniformity of output beam. Through analyzing different x factors in general GAA algorithm, which results in the problem of light intensity fluctuation difference, the adaptive and optimized strategy is proposed. Further, the most optimal uniformity of the output beam is shaped by selecting the proper x factor. As an example, the Gaussian beam is shaped into super Gaussian beam. The shaping properties of GAA algorithm with different x factors are discussed from three aspects of phase, square error and diffraction efficiency, respectively, and the results show that the optimized algorithm is efficient and feasible.
