摘要
为了验证双光路敏感器折反部件在实际工况下是否会发生成像失真及结构损坏,采用有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran对双光路敏感器结构进行了静态分析和模态分析,得到了结构的静态特性及固有频率。根据分析图像所得数据及反射定律计算,得到折反镜实际反射光线与理论反射光线的偏移量为0.03 mm,小于设计时的理论安全值0.05 mm,验证了折反部件在静力学作用下变形较小,成像不会失真;动态分析得到折反部件的基频为1 647.5 Hz,基频较高不易产生共振,具有一定的结构稳定性,成像结果令人满意。对进一步的结构优化设计提供理论支持;此外,对提高样机的可靠性,降低风险具有指导意义。
Abstract
The article aims to research whether folding counter part in the structure of double optical paths measuring sensor has image distortion or structure damage. With the use of the finite element analysis software MSC. Nastran, emulational calculation of static characteristic and dynamic characteristics about the structure of double optical paths measuring sensor are performed. Static characteristic and natural frequency of structures have been obtained. According to the image data obtained by the experiment and calculation of reflection law, the obtained deviation between actual ray and theoretical ray is 0.03 mm, which is less than 0.05 mm. It is verified that the deformation of the folding counter part is little and the image is not distorted. The obtained natural frequency of folding counter part by the dynamic analysis is 1 647.5 Hz.The resonance is hard to be produced by the higher nature frequency. The structural stability of the folding counter parts is verified. The theoretical support of further structure analysis is provided.
