激光-电弧复合焊接数值模拟的热源模型
Laser-arc Hybrid Welding Heat Source Model for Numerical Simulation
摘要
利用SYSWELD软件所提供的3D高斯热源和双椭球热源模型对高强钢进行激光-电弧复合焊接数值模拟, 发现该模型可获得与实际焊接熔深和熔宽基本符合的温度场, 但是对整个焊缝的轮廓进行拟合时仍然存在较大的误差。在SYSWELD软件所提供的三维锥体热源的基础上进行了二次开发, 重点研究了旋转对数和旋转双曲线两种旋转体热源模型。结果表明, 此组合体热源模型比软件自带热源模型更准确地反应焊缝的截面形貌。
Abstract
SYSWELD use 3D Gaussian heat source software provided and double ellipsoid heat source model of high strength steel laser-arc hybrid welding numerical simulation found that the model temperature field and the actual availability of weld penetration and weld width in line, but on the whole weld contour errors when there are still large to fit. On the basis of three-dimensional cone SYSWELD source software provided on the second development, focusing on the rotation number and the rotation of the two rotating body heat source model hyperbolic. Experimental results show that the combination of heat source model than the software that comes with source model to more accurately reflect the cross-sectional shape of the weld.
