拉曼光谱检测水中痕量甲基膦酸
Raman Spectroscopy for Phosphonic Acid Detection in Water
摘要
基于化学增强理论, 选取了银、镍和铁等过渡金属离子与甲基膦酸(MPA)分子进行络合, 采用拉曼光谱技术对水相中微量的甲基膦酸进行检测。结果表示, 银离子对于水相中甲基膦酸的拉曼增强效果最佳; 并且添加银离子后并不影响其定性检测; 进一步的条件优化实验表明, 随着银离子添加量的增加, 增强效果会先增大后减小, 当CMPA∶CAg+=1∶1时增强效果达到最佳, 检测下限为20 pg。
Abstract
For the detection of methyl phosphonic acid (MPA) in water we choose several kinds of transition metal ions (Ag+, Ni2+ and Fe2+, etc) to chelate with it through the chemical enhancement mechanism.It is found that the Ag+ as a strong electron donating groups to chelate with MPA leading to the highest enhancements.There was no effect on the qualitative detection of MPA when adding Ag+.The experiments results of optimizations show that along increasing concentration of Ag+, MPA Raman spectroscopy intensity firstly increased and then decreased.There was an optimized concentration of Ag+ when the CMPA∶CAg+=1∶1.The limit of detection of MPA in water was around 20 pg.
