摘要
为了解决在某些领域温度不易被测量的问题,一些国内外的研究者决定从图像处理领域出发,研究图像与温度的关系。针对这一问题设计出了一种全新的用于分析图像灰度与温度相关性的实验设备,该设备首先通过控制器对温度进行控制,再利用红外相机记录在不同温度(40℃~100℃)下的红外靶标成像图,然后对靶标成像图进行处理,从中提取灰度值,最后通过比较分析出温度在60℃~80℃范围内红外靶标成像图的灰度值和温度值近似呈高度线性关系,得到相关系数为0.931。结果表明:该设备可以精确地分析出红外靶标图像灰度与温度之间存在的线性相关关系,并且在空气透过率的测量、造纸厂草料自燃研究和电力检查等方面有很好的应用。
Abstract
To solve the problem of temperature measurement, some domestic and foreign researchers have decided to start from the field of image processing, and to study on the relationship between image and temperature. A new experimental equipment is designed for measuring the correlation between gray scale and temperature. First, the device is heated by the heating plate pass of the controller, in the process of heating, infrared camera is used to record imaging of infrared target at different temperatures(40℃~ 100℃). Then the target image is processed, and the gray value of the image is extracted. Finally, by comparing the temperature from 60℃ to 80℃, the gray value and the temperature value of the infrared target is approximate linear highly relationship, the correlation coefficient is 0.931. The results show that the linear correlation between gray scale and temperature of infrared target image can be analyzed accurately, This linear correlation have very good application in the air through the rate measurement, papermaking factory fodder study on spontaneous combustion, power inspection and so on.
