无抖动机械式光开关结构设计
Structure Design of Mechanical-optical Switch with No Jitter
摘要
针对机械式光开关的抖动问题,利用一般等截面悬臂梁模型和端部有附加质量的悬臂梁模型,采用模态叠加法求解悬臂梁在冲击力作用下的动态响应,得出了机械式光开关抖动的原因和降低光开关抖动的结构设计方法。利用该方法对一种有抖动的移动棱镜式机械光开关的结构进行改进,实验结果表明,改进后的光开关基本无抖动。
Abstract
In view of the jitter of mechanical-optical switch, based on the models of a common uniform cantilever beam and a uniform cantilever beam carrying a mass at the free end, the dynamic response of beam under impact is researched by mode superposition method. The research indicates the reasons causing the jitter of optical power. A method of structure optimization is proposed to avoid the jitter. Experimental results prove the effectiveness of this method.
