摘要
介绍了一种适用于空间科学实验的显微图像自动获取系统,对三维立体目标进行微米级尺度显微成像。文章通过对常用的自动调焦技术的对比分析,总结出适合复杂背景下,空间三维立体目标的自动调焦方法。根据该方法确定系统方案并研制原理样机。通过实验验证表明,系统能够准确获取三维立体目标的显微图像,图像清淅且一致性好。
Abstract
A microscopy image automatic acquisition system for space life science is introduced in this thesis,it can get the cell grade microscopy image of the three dimensional target.The dissimilarity between camera automatic focusing and microscopy automatic focusing is analysed,the microscopy imaging acquisition method of 3-D target applied in complex condition is put forward and the implementation method is given.The experimental results show that the system can accurately acquire the microscopy image of the three dimensional target, and the image is distinct and unanimous.
