全站仪自动目标识别与照准技术研究

摘要
传统的全站仪测量模式为人工搜索、照准目标,工作强度大、易出错、工作效率低,针对现有国产全站仪的不足,研究了全站仪自动目标识别与照准技术。构建了ATR全站仪探测系统,全站仪自带图像采集系统和马达驱动,利用数字图像处理技术,提出了图像相减去除背景噪声后求光斑中心的方法,按照一定的搜索策略,实现了目标的自动识别与照准。在电机驱动精度设定为10″情况下,系统的照准精度也能达到10″。自动识别、照准与人工操作结果一致,系统能够精确地对目标进行自动识别与照准。该方法能够用于全站仪测量时的目标自动照准,可以避免人工繁琐操作,提高工作效率。
Abstract
Traditional total station measurement mode is manual search and sight the target, for solving the shortage of existing domestic electronic total station, automatic target recognition and sighting of total station is researched to solve the work intensity, error-prone, low working efficiency of traditional measurement in this paper. ATR total station detection system which comes with image acquisition system and the motor driving is constructed, and digital image processing technique is used. The method of image subtraction to remove the background noise is proposed to get the spot center, according to certain search strategies to achieve the automatic identification and sighting targets. When the motor-driven precision is set to 10″, the accuracy of sighting can reach 10″. As the automated system and the manual have same results on search and sighting, the system can automatically recognize and accurate sighting of the target. This method can be used for automatic target recognition and sighting to avoid the tedious manual operations, and improve work efficiency as well.
