摘要
研究了不锈钢SUS304的激光填丝焊接工艺对焊接质量的影响。研究发现, 随着激光功率的升高, 焊缝由钉状变为“束腰”状, 焊缝熔宽的变化不明显, 焊缝余高逐渐减小;焊接速度的提高使得焊缝变得“细小”, 焊缝宽度减小, 焊接速度的增大也使得焊缝余高的减小;送丝速度增大使得熔宽有一定的减小, 余高增加较为明显, 并且当送丝速度达到3.0 m/min时, 过渡金属不能充分地铺展, 焊缝表面质量较差。在实验设定的参数范围内, 接头拉伸断裂位置均在母材, 焊缝强度能够得到保证。焊缝区由细小的柱状奥氏体枝晶和枝晶间少量的铁素体组成, 焊缝区的显微硬度在230 HV左右, 高于母材(约190 HV)。
Abstract
In this paper, the influence of laser welding process of stainless steel SUS304 on welding quality is studied. In the research, it was found that with the increase of laser power, the joint from nail shape changed into “waist” shape, and the change of weld width is not obvious, the weld reinforcement decreases gradually. The improvement of the welding speed makes the joint become “slender” and the weld width decreases as well as the weld reinforcement decreases. While the wire feed rate increases, the weld width decreases, and the weld reinforcement increases obviously. And when the wire feed rate reaches 3.0 m/min, the transition metal can not fully spread out, the joint surface quality is poor. The tensile fracture position of the joints in the experimental setting is in the base metal and the weld strength can be ensured. The weld zone is composed of a small amount of austenite dendrite and a small amount of ferrite. The microhardness of the weld zone is about 230 HV, which is higher than that of base metal(about 190 HV).
