线结构光检测车体空间尺寸的标定方法研究

摘要
线结构光作为一种主动式、非接触的测量技术,在质量检测、数字化建模等领域具有无可比拟的优势。城市的发展使得轨道列车的需求越来越大,因此车体的尺寸精度将直接影响列车的装配质量、行车性能和安全。提出了基于线结构光的轨道列车车体尺寸测量方法和该系统的标定方法,同时搭建了测量实验系统,实现车体空间尺寸精确可靠的自动化测量。该标定方法降低了标定设备的成本,简化了标定过程,提高了测量系统工程化应用的便捷性。实验结果表明,使用这种标定方法使整个测量系统测量精度达到0.5 mm。
Abstract
As an active, non-contact measurement technology, line structured light has the incomparable advantages on quality inspection, digital modeling and other fields. Urban development makes the growing demand for rail train, therefore the dimensional accuracy of the vehicle body will directly affect the train assembly quality, driving performance and safety. This paper proposed a measurement method of railway body size based on line structured light and calibration method of the system, meanwhile a measuring experimental system has been built to achieve accurate and reliable automated measurement of the bodywork space dimensions. The proposed approach greatly reduces the cost of the calibration equipment and simplifies the calibrating procedure, so it can promote the engineering applications of the measurement system. The experimental results show that using this calibration method the entire measurement system accuracy is up to 0.5 mm.
