小型无人机载高分辨率物镜设计
Design of High Resolution Objective on Small UAV
摘要
首先根据客户提出的要求,对小型无人机载物镜的光学指标参数进行了计算,从而得到物镜的光学设计指标,然后依据指标设计了一款焦距为52.5 mm、相对孔径为F/2、视场角为12°、奈奎斯特频率为286 lp/mm的可见光波段折射式小型无人机物镜,接收器件选用单个像元尺寸为1.75 μm的CMOS器件,采用“小像差互补理念”降低了光学系统的公差灵敏度,然后对设计结果进行了公差分析。公差分析结果表明很好的满足了光学设计指标要求。
Abstract
According to the requests of the customers, the optical parameters of the objective on small UAV are calculated at first, and the optical design characteristics of the objective are obtained. And then based on the characteristics, a small refractive objective with 52.5 mm focal length, F/2 relative aperture, 12° field of view and 286 lp/mm Nyquist frequency at visible light waveband on UAV is designed. CMOS devices with 1.75 μm single pixel are chosen as receiving devices and small aberration complementary conception is adopted to reduce the tolerance sensitivity of the optical system. Finally, the tolerance analysis is performed to the design result. The results of tolerance analysis show that optical design characteristic requirement can be better met.
