基于CMOS的轻小型高光谱仪的发展及应用

摘要
目前高光谱成像技术正往轻量化、小型化、低功耗的方向发展,同时轻小型化的高光谱产品具有巨大商业价值。CMOS探测器的较高集成度能大大简化外围电路设计,能使高光谱成像系统获得轻量化、小型化、低功耗等技术优势。基于CMOS的性能特点,分析CMOS用于轻小型成像光谱仪的技术路线,然后结合几个典型的产品阐述CMOS光谱探测技术的发展现状,最后讨论CMOS在高光谱成像领域的应用前景及趋势。
Abstract
Currently, the hyperspectral imaging technology is developing towards the direction of lightweight, miniaturization, and low power consumption, while the light and compact hyperspectral products have great commercial value. The high integration of CMOS detector can greatly simplify the design of peripheral circuits, so that the hyperspectral imaging system can obtain technical advantages of light weight, small size and low power consumption. Based on the characteristics of CMOS, the technical route of CMOS for light and small imaging spectrometer is analyzed. Combining with several typical products, the development status of CMOS spectrum detection technology is set forth. The application prospect and trend of CMOS in the field of hyperspectral imaging are discussed in the end.
