摘要
介绍了一种高灵敏度制冷型科学级CCD相机的设计方法。相机利用FPGA芯片实现时序驱动、相机控制及传输数据; 设计了相关双采样电路来降低相机的复位噪声; 数据由以太网接口芯片W5300通过TCP/IP协议发送到图像采集软件显示和处理。相机采用半导体制冷器结合水冷的方法进行制冷。实验结果表明, 在相机制冷到-20℃时, 最低照度可达到0.005Lx, 具有灵敏度高的特点, 能够满足弱光环境中的使用需求。
Abstract
The design of a scientific grade CCD camera with high sensitivity and refrigeration was introduced. The time driving, camera control and transmission data of the camera were completed by the FPGA chip. The correlated double sample circuit was designed to reduce the reset noise. The internet port chip W5300 sent the data to image capture software by TCP/IP protocol. The camera was refrigerated by semiconductor refrigerator in combination with water cooling method. The result of the experiment verified that the lowest luminance of the camera could be 0.005Lx when its temperature was -20℃. So the camera has the feature of high sensitivity to satisfy the requirement in low light level environment.
