摘要
以一台 Y100L-2型电机为研究对象, 建立转子二维导热模型。在此基础上通过测量电机输出轴表面温度和端部循环空气的温度, 利用修正后的 L-M(Levenberg-Marquardt)算法对异步电机转子温度进行导热反计算。仿真计算结果显示: 反演计算的转子轴部温度与实验测量结果、 Ansys仿真计算的结果是一致的, 为实际工程应用中电机转子温度的测量和分析提供了一种新的思路和方法。
Abstract
A two-dimensional heat transfer model was built according to the structure of Y100L-2 induction motor. The temperature of rotor has been calculated by the Levenberg-Marquardt method based on the measured temperature of motor output shaft and air in the motor end cover. And the results show that the simulated temperature of rotor is consistent with not only the measured results but also the simulation results of Ansys. A new study and test method of rotor temperature is provided.
