小型化光电隔离型长线差分收发器

摘要
设计了一种小型化光电隔离型长线差分收发器, 采用光电隔离的方式实现差分收发器信号的隔离传输, 重点突出了其小型化特点和电气隔离功能。叙述了该器件的工作原理和结构设计, 简要介绍了其制作过程。最后介绍了器件的主要性能参数及测试结果, 表明该器件同时具备差分信号隔离与传输的功能。
Abstract
A miniaturization photoelectric isolation differential long-line transceiver was designed. The signal isolation and transmission in differential transceiver was realized with photoelectric isolation. Its miniaturization and function of electric isolation were emphasized. The working principle and the structure design were described, including some fabrication process. Tests performed on major parameters indicate that the device possesses functions of isolation and transmission of differential signal simultaneously.
