摘要
目前的柱栅式裸眼立体显示技术已经能够在UHD模式下具有良好的2D显示性能, 但是随着分辨率的提高, 立体显示图像的合成所需要处理的数据量急剧增加。为此, 我们在x86架构运行环境下, 提出了一种采用SIMD指令集来实现显示图像实时合成的算法。实验表明, 相比于通用算法, 该算法可大幅减少运算时间, 速度提高了1个数量级以上。有效满足柱栅式立体显示系统图像的实时合成, 具有一定的工程实际意义。
Abstract
Ultra High-Definition auto-stereoscopic display technology with lenticular works well in the 2D model now, but the data for stereo synthesis increases sharply when the resolution is higher. In this paper, we propose a fast parallel algorithm using Single Instruction Multiple Data to solve real-time synthesis in the x86 architecture operating environment. The results show that it substantially increases synthesis rate compared to the general algorithm, faster than an order of magnitude. It effectively meets the need of real-time synthesis in Multi-view Auto-stereoscopic display technology and has certain practical significance.
