高铬铸铁轧辊的激光表面熔敷再制造

摘要
采用横流CO2激光器并利用50%Cr3C2和50%的Ni-Cr合金粉末对高铬铸铁轧辊表面进行激光熔覆实验。利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、显微硬度计(HV)、磨损试验机分别研究了不同工艺参数下熔覆层组织形貌,相结构和成分、硬度分布和磨损性能。实验结果表明,适宜的工艺参数有利于得到理想的熔覆形貌和提高熔覆效率并避免裂纹的形成,熔覆层的表面组织为Cr3C2和M7C3型碳化物,表层硬度显著提高,可达1 100 HV为基体的2倍,同时熔覆层耐磨性能得到有效提高。
Abstract
Laser surface cladding with 50%Cr3C2 and 50%Ni-Cr powder is performed on the high-Cr content roller steel by using a 5 kW continuous wave CO2 laser. The microstructure, phase structure and composition, distribution of hardness and wear properties were analyzed by optical microscopy (OM), scan electron microscopy (SEM), Energy spectrum (EDS) and wear tester under different laser parameters. The results show that proper parameters can contribution to obtain better cladding morphology ,improve the process efficiency and avoid crack formation. The microstructure of the cladding surface consists of Cr3C2 and M7C3. The hardness of the cladding surface is 1 100 HV, which is twice as much as that of the substrate, what's more, the wear resistance is obviously improved.
