耐火材料模具激光熔覆技术研究

摘要
为解决耐火材料模具在使用中存在耐磨性差、寿命短、成本高的突出问题,采用对其表面进行激光熔覆处理,并对熔覆材料和工艺方法进行研究,进而对其熔覆层的深度、硬度及微观组织进行分析,并对熔覆层进行耐磨性试验。得出结论,使用镍基合金粉末对基体为Cr12MoV钢的耐火材料模具表面进行激光熔覆后,材料表面的耐磨性能得到了显著的改善,实现了使用低廉材料却可获得优质材料的使用性能的目的,从而降低了成本。
Abstract
Laser cladding were used on the surface of mould based refractory material to solve the main problems such as low wear resistance,short service life and high cost price that existed in applying. The cladding materials and technological process were studied. The depth, microhardness and microstructure of cladding layers were analyzed. And the wear resistance of the laser cladding layers were tested. The results show that the microhardness of the laser cladding layers are increased markedly after laser cladding of Ni-based alloy on Cr12MoV steel substrate was carried. The use of high performance materials can be replaced by using cheap materials, and the production cost will reduced.
