摘要
采用高功率Nd:YAG激光器及焊接机器人对纯镍Ni201薄板进行了激光焊接工艺试验。采用光学显微镜、电化学工作站等仪器分析了焊接接头微观组织及耐腐蚀性能,研究了焊接工艺参数(激光功率和焊接速度)对接头微观组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明,激光功率和焊接速度对焊接接头微观组织和耐腐蚀性能有较大影响,激光功率和焊接速度的合理搭配是获得良好接头的保证。
Abstract
Laser welding of industrial pure Nickel Ni201 was studied by using high power Nd:YAG laser and welding robots. The microstructure and corrosion resistance properties of joints were analyzed by the optical microscopes and electrochemical corrosion tests. The influence of welding parameters (laser power and welding speed) on the microstructure and corrosion resistance properties of joints were studied. From the experimental results, it is found that laser power and welding speed have a greater impact on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of welded joint. Reasonable collocation of laser power and welding speed is the key of obtaining well laser lap welding joint.
