摘要
以5052铝合金和预置镀镍层的ST07Z钢板为研究对象,采用Nd: YAG激光器进行激光填粉熔-钎焊试验,并使用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸试验机等试验设备对典型接头的微观组织及力学性能进行研究。结果表明,镀镍层能显著提高铝液在钢表面的润湿铺展,有效抑制铝铁间扩散反应。接头界面处组织主要由Fe2Al5、FeAl3及少量Al-Ni化合物组成。优化工艺参数的典型试件均在界面处发生断裂,断裂形式为典型的解理断裂,接头最大抗拉剪强度达到165 N/mm。
Abstract
Melt-brazing experiments of 5052 aluminum alloy and ST07Z steel plate with preset nickel plating layer by using the Nd: YAG laser with filler powder was investigated and the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld joint were analyzed by optical microscope、scanning electron microscope and tensile testing machine,etc. The results show that nickel coating can significantly improve liquid aluminum in steel surface spread ability, meanwhile the nickel layer can restrain the diffusion reaction between aluminum and iron. The microstructure of the joint interface is mainly composed of Fe2Al5, FeAl3 and a small amount of Al-Ni compounds. The typical samples of the optimized process parameters are fractured at the interface and all samples fracture in cleavage.The maximum tensile shear strength of the joint is 165 N/mm.
