超大尺寸加固TFT-LCD关键技术的实现

摘要
针对超大尺寸加固液晶显示模块存在的关键技术问题给出了解决方案, 如宽温液晶材料的合成, 条形宽幅双驱动液晶面板的设计制作, 液晶模块的抗振动冲击、阳光可读性等, 实现了液晶材料、显示屏、显示模组整个链条技术的突破。且针对超大尺寸显示器造成的光污染, 提出一种解决思路。依据光纤面板的角度截止作用, 控制显示模块出射光线的角度, 消除显示模块有效视角外的杂散光来减小反射, 达到控制光污染的目的。
Abstract
Solutions to solve the existing problems for rugged oversized LCD module were presented. Techniques presented achieve technological breakthroughs in the chain of liquid crystal material, LCD, LCD modules, such as synthesis of wide temperature liquid crystal materials, designing and predicting of wide panorama, dual integration, independently driven LCD panel, LCD module′s vibration resistance and strong sunlight readability, etc. Moreover, the solutions for solving the surrounding ambient light pollution were proposed. Based on the feature of the fiber that could cut off the stray light, the innovations were brought out to control the angle of emergent light from the LCD module. This technology could effectively reduce light reflection by eliminating the stray light out of the angle of LCD module.
