田口实验法在背光源光学薄膜选材中的应用研究

摘要
采用田口方法, Minitab 16软件设计正交实验, 以反射膜、扩散膜、棱镜膜为3因素, 每种因素选择常见的4种材料即为4水平, 选择L16(43)正交表进行实验, 分析实验结果, 寻求最优实验条件, 获得最佳背光源光学薄膜组合配置。通过实际测试对预测结果进行验证后表明预测值与实测值均在可以接受的范围内, 在背光源光学薄膜选材领域可行。
Abstract
Based on the Taguchi method, the software of Minitab16 was used to design orthogonal experiment, containing three factors and four levels. The three factors were reflective film, diffusion film and prism film, while the four levels were four kinds of films of each factor. Then, the results of the experiment were analyzed and the optimal experimental conditions were derived. According to the best conditions, predictions were made and then validated throughout the experiment, which showed that the forecast results and the measured results were within the acceptable range, validating the feasibility to apply the Taguchi method in the field of optimizing the optical films of BLU (Back light unit).
