基于三维扫描技术的红外弱光信号光斑测量方法

摘要
在红外光电探测系统中, 一般都是弱光信号的检测和测量, 为了实现光能量的全接收, 需要对能量接收系统的光斑大小进行测量, 故光斑大小的测试对于红外光电探测系统而言显得尤为重要。文章提出一种测试红外光斑大小的方法。首先, 针对样品参数搭建光学平台, 并对光源发射光信号进行辐射调制,运用锁相放大技术读取探测器探测到的有效信号, 并采用三维扫描技术测量真实的光斑大小以及能量分布情况。测试结果表明有效靶面未能对光斑能量全接收。
Abstract
In the infrared photoelectric detection system, the signal is always weak. To receive the whole energy, the size of the spot was to be measured. An optical method was proposed to measure the spot′s size of the infrared wavelength. First of all, the optical platform was set up according to the sample parameters, and the emitting signal was modulated. Then, the phase lock technique was used to select the modulated signal from the detector, and 3D scanning technology was used to measure the spot size and the distribution of energy. It is found that the energy of spot was part of the receiving from the target surface of the detector.
