Development Situation and Trend of InSb Infrared Focal Plane Array
摘要
本文通过对红外技术发展历程的回顾,简要介绍了锑化铟材料的一些基本特性,通过对国外主要锑化铟材料、探测器研制生产单位的产品、性能指标的分析,归纳出锑化铟材料、探测器的主要技术路线,并对未来锑化铟材料、探测器的发展趋势进行了分析。
Abstract
This paper briefly introduces some basic characteristics of InSb material by reviewing development history of infrared technology. This paper concludes main technology path of InSb material and IRFPA by analyzing product and performance indexes of main InSb material and IRFPA abroad research and manufacturer. This paper analyzes development trend about InSb material and IRFPA technology in the future.
