太阳辐射对管道表面发射率测量影响分析

摘要
发射率是影响管道表面散热损失一个重要物理量,其测量过程受环境影响较大,其中,太阳辐射是影响发射率测量结果的一个重要因素。本文从红外热像仪测温原理着手,根据表面辐射传输原理给出了管道表面发射率与辐射能量之间的关系,修正了测量管道表面发射率的方法,通过实验研究了太阳辐射对管道表面发射率测量的影响。结果表明太阳辐射对管道表面发射率测量影响较大,其测量偏差超过25%。
Abstract
The emissivity is an important physical quantity which affects the heat loss of the pipeline surface and the measurement process is greatly influenced by the environment. The solar radiation is one of the important factors that affect the result of emissivity measurement. Based on the principle of infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement, the relationship between pipeline surface emissivity and radiation energy is given according to the principle of surface radiation transmission. Method for measuring surface emissivity of pipeline is corrected. The influence of solar radiation on the surface emissivity of the pipeline is studied. The results show that the solar radiation has a great influence on the surface emissivity of the pipeline and the measuring deviation is more than 25%.
