太赫兹波段超介质十字型滤波器的设计与改进

基于传统的十字型结构, 设计了一种可工作在太赫兹大气通信窗口的超介质十字型阵列多层带通滤波器, 中心频率为338 GHz, 中心频点的透射率为94.7%, 并讨论了十字型滤波器的传输特性与稳定特性。运用圆形贴片对十字型超介质滤波器进行改进构成复合十字型超介质滤波器。结果显示, 中心频点的透射率为95.8%, 3 dB带宽为73.72 GHz, 且对不同的极化方式不敏感, 并在30°范围内频率响应稳定。
Abstract
Based on the traditional cross-typed structure, a multilayer structure of metamaterial cross-typed array band-pass filter is designed in this paper, which can work in the terahertz communication window and the center frequency is 338 GHz, the transmittance of the center frequency is 94.7%, the transmission characteristics and stability properties of the cross-typed filter are also discussed. The circular patch is used to improve the filter properties to make up of compound cross-typed metamaterial filter. The results show that the transmittance of the center frequency is 95.8%, the bandwidth of 3 dB is 73.72 GHz, and the frequency response characteristics of compound cross-typed filter is not sensitive to different polarization mode, which is stable in the range of 30 degree.
