摘要
输出镜的热畸变会严重降低高功率气体激光器的输出光束质量和运行效率。针对腔镜受热均匀性的问题, 等价地数值研究了光场均匀性随着几何放大率和有效菲涅尔数两个参数的变化规律。研究结果显示, 光场均匀性随着有效菲涅尔数呈现周期性变化, 随着放大率绝对值的增加呈现准周期性的指数衰减。针对2 kW功率输出, 增益区间为1 000 mm×200 mm时, 分析得出输出半宽为80 mm或者85 mm获得最佳光场均匀性。
Abstract
The thermal distortion of the output mirror degrades the output beam quality and operating efficiency of high power gas lasers. In this paper, the equivalent numerical research on the uniformity of the optical field versus as geometric magnification and the effective Fresnel number are carried out. The results show that the uniformity of the optical field varies periodically with the effective Fresnel number and decreases with the increase of the absolute value of the magnification exponentially. For the 2 kw output power, gain area 1 000 mm×200 mm, 80 mm or 85 mm are the optimized solutions for the half-width of the output mirror.
