摘要
随着红外探测技术的发展, 制冷型红外焦平面探测器在航空航天和民用领域的应用越来越广泛。探测器像元响应率的不稳定性对红外焦平面探测器定量化应用产生非常大的影响。目前检测响应率不稳定像元的方法主要通过定量化的黑体标定的方法来实现, 该类方法需要改变黑体温度从而得到像元的响应率, 操作步骤和计算过程比较复杂, 不易于高频次的工程测试实现。本文提出了一种通过计算像元随积分时间的相对响应率变化来快速筛选不稳定像元的方法, 该方法每次测试时仅需要对着一个固定温度的黑体, 改变积分时间获取一组探测器成像数据, 通过计算每个像元的相对响应率, 然后对比像元在不同测试时得到的相对响应率变化, 通过与设定阈值的比较就可以实现响应不稳定性像元的筛选, 自定义阈值还可以实现对响应不稳定像元进行分级。实验证明, 该方法能够有效筛选出响应率不稳定的像元, 操作简便, 便于工程实现。
Abstract
With the development of infrared technology, cooled IRFPA detectors are widely used in aerospace and civil fields. The instability of pixels’ response rate has a great influence on the quantitative application of IRFPA detectors. The methods of detecting pixels with unstable response rate are mainly through quantitative blackbody calibration currently, which needs to change the blackbody temperature so as to obtain the pixels’ response rate, and the steps and calculations are very complicated. It is not easy for high-frequency engineering applications. This paper presents a fast screening method for pixels with unstable response rate by calculating the change of the pixels’ relative response rate with the integration time. In each test, it requires changing the integration time to obtain a set of imaging data with detector in front of a fixed temperature black body and calculating each pixel’s relative response rate. The change of each pixel’s relative response rate will be calculated. Then pixels with unstable response rate will be screened out through comparison with a setting threshold, and pixels can be classified by user-defined threshold. The experimental results show that the method can effectively screen out the pixels with unstable response rate, and the operation is simple and convenient, and it is easy to be realized.
