高性能顶发光OLED器件复合阳极的研究

摘要
顶发光 OLED器件是有机光电显示领域的重要组成部分, 其阳极结构及性能对 OLED器件的性能具有至关重要的影响。本文介绍了近年来顶发光 OLED器件阳极的结构、材料及性能改善等领域的研究进展。结合顶发光 OLED器件阳极的工作原理和器件质量要求, 设计了不同结构的顶发光 OLED器件复合阳极, 并采用 TFCalc光学模拟软件和 SimOLED模拟软件对不同结构复合阳极的光学性能及其器件性能进行模拟分析, 获得了较优的顶发光 OLED复合阳极结构, 其结构为 Al/ITO/MoO3, Al/Co/MoO3, Al/Ni/MoO3, Al/MoO3。
Abstract
Top-emitting OLED is playing an important part in the fields of organic photoelectric display. The anode structures of OLED have a crucial influence on the performances of devices. This paper introduces the research progress of top-emitting OLED anode structures, materials and performances in recent years. The different structure composite anodes of the top-emitting OLED devices were designed by combining with principles and quality requirements. The TFCalc optical simulation software and SimOLED simulation software were used to simulate and calculate the optical performances and devices performances of top-emitting OLED with different composite anodes. The results show that Al/ITO/MoO3, Al/Co/MoO3, Al/Ni/MoO3 and Al/MoO3 are the better composite anodes in the three and two layers OLED anode structures.
