低能量激光治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的: 探讨Nd: YAG激光治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法: 将52例急性智齿冠周炎的患者随机分为激光组和药物组, 激光处理组在局部用药后Nd: YAG激光照射3 d(1次/d), 药物组仅局部用药(盲袋内置入2%碘甘油3 d(1次/d)), 对治疗前和治疗期第1、5天的疼痛指数、张口度、牙龈指数进行评估, 一周后比较两组的有效率。结果: 治疗1 d后, Nd:YAG激光治疗组疼痛指数、张口度改善程度和牙龈指数均优于药物处理组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), 5 d后两组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05), 一周后两组有效率相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 通过临床观察, 其结果表明: Nd: YAG激光治疗急性智齿冠周炎可明显缓解患者疼痛, 改善张口度, 并且安全高效、操作简便, 值得在临床中推广应用。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of acute pericoronitis. Methods: 52 cases were randomly assigned into two groups:Nd:YAG laser group and traditional medication group. Nd:YAG laser group was treated by laser combining local drug administration for 3 days(once per day),the control group was only received local drug administration(2% iodine glycerine once per day in 3 days).Levels of pre-and post-treatment pain, opening value and gingivitis index were assessed at patient visits on days 1 and 5.The treatment effectiveness was compared among the groups on the 7th day. Results: The pain index, opening value and gingivitis index were better in laser group than that in traditional medication group on the 1st day after treatment(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences were detected among the groups on the 5th day after treatment(P>0.05), and no statistically significant differences were detected among the groups with regard to effectiveness of treatment evaluated on the 7th day(P>0.05).Conclusion: Our results suggest that Nd:YAG laser were effective in relieving pain and improving trismus in treating acute pericoronitis. Because it is safe and effective, handy and can be done easily, it is worth using widely.
