酚类物质在鲁米诺-硝酸银-纳米金体系中化学发光行为研究
Effect of Polyphenol Compounds on Luminol-AgNO3-gold Nanoparticles Chemical Luminescence System
摘要
鲁米诺-硝酸银-纳米金体系有很强的化学发光现象。当向该体系中加入酚类物质, 化学发光信号有不同程度的变化。研究发现, 酚类物质的—OH可以与纳米金产生相互作用, 相互作用的大小与酚类物质所含的—OH数目、位置有关。结合流动注射化学发光法对对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、邻苯三酚进行了测定, 检出限分别为4.0×10-11, 8.0×10-10, 2.6×10-9 g/mL。用加标回收法测定了自来水中的邻苯二酚, 回收率在97.5%~105%, 相对标准偏差在1.4%~2.5%, 结果满意。初步讨论了酚类物质对此体系化学发光强度影响的机理, 建立了测定多酚类物质的化学发光分析新方法。
Abstract
Luminol-AgNO3-gold nanoparticles system has a strong chemical luminescence(CL) phenomena. When polyphenol compounds are added in the system, the cheminescence signals have different degrees of change. —OH in the phenolics can interact with the nanometer gold, and the interaction is related to the number and location of —OH in the phenolic compounds. Combined with the flow injection chemiluminescence method, hydeoquinone, catechol and phthalate were determined. The detection limits are 4.0×10-11, 8.0×10-10, 2.6×10-9 g/mL, respectively. The method was successfully used to determine catechol in water. The recovery is 97.5%-105%, and the relative standard derivations (RSD) is 1.4%-2.5%. The possible mechanism of the CL reaction was discussed, and the CL method for determination of the polyphenol compounds was proposed.
