基于面结构光的三维重建阴影补偿算法

摘要
在传统的面结构光(正弦条纹光栅)的三维轮廓重建与检测中, 由于投影仪与相机互成一定角度, 在待测物体的背光面会产生大面积的阴影区域, 从而不能够精确地进行物体的三维重建和检测。针对此情况, 提出一种解决方案: 使用两个对称的投影仪分别向待测物体投影一次白光, 并通过CCD相机取像, 然后通过拍摄的图像计算出物体的阴影位置, 最后实现阴影位置的三维数据补偿。实验结果表明, 文中提出的算法可以有效地进行阴影区域的数据补偿。
Abstract
In the three-dimensional contour reconstruction and detection of the traditional surface structured light (sinusoidal fringe grating), since the projector and the camera are at an angle to each other, a large area of shadows is generated on the back surface of the object to be measured, so that the object can’t be accurately reconstructed and detected three-dimension. In view of this situation, a solution is proposed. Double symmetrical projectors project respectively a white light to the object, and through the CCD camera to take the images, and then through the image to calculate the shadow position of the object, and finally to achieve the shadow position of the three-dimensional data compensation. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively compensate the data of the shadow area.
