Research and Application of Biosensing Technology Based on Aptamer-Surface Plasmon Resonance
摘要
适配体以其合成、修饰、固定等方面的优势, 在生物分子识别领域有广泛的应用。基于表面等离子共振的传感技术具有非标记、无需前处理、实时监测等优点。适配体与表面等离子共振相结合研制的生物传感器在生物传感领域具有重要的应用价值, 本文综述了基于适配体-表面等离子共振的生物传感技术及应用。
Abstract
The aptamers have been widely used in biomolecule recognition because of their advantages of synthesis, modification and immobilization. The sensing technology developed by surface plasmon resonance(SPR) has the advantages of non-labeling, no pretreatment, real-time monitoring. The sensors based on aptamer and SPR have important application values in biosensing techniques. The applications of biosensor based on aptamer-SPR are reviewed in this paper.
