面向3D打印技术的冬奥会头盔个性化和轻量化研究

摘要
针对3D打印技术在个性化制造、轻量化设计以及加工工艺等方面的优势, 通过三维设计软件的建模和有限元分析软件的仿真模拟, 实现3D打印技术对冬季运动头盔的个性化和轻量化设计。基于运动员的人体数据实现冬季运动头盔内衬的个性化制造, 通过3D扫描仪扫描人体头部数据, 利用3D打印技术成形复杂结构的优势, 基于拓扑优化和数值模拟技术, 在满足头盔一定机械性能的同时达到头盔内胆的轻量化。将轻质材料通过3D打印技术的加工工艺运用至冬奥会头盔的研制中, 从材料的本质上实现头盔轻量化。
Abstract
3D printing technology in the personalized manufacturing, lightweight design and processing technology has advantages. In this paper, through the modeling of 3D design software and simulation of finite element analysis software, 3D printing technology can achieve personalized and lightweight design on the winter sports helmet. Based on the athlete's human data to achieve personalized manufacturing on the winter sports helmet lined, this article is mainly through the scanner to scan the human head data. The article uses advantages of 3D printing technology in the aspect of forming the complex structure. Based on the topology optimization and numerical simulation technology, this paper can meet the helmet's mechanical performance while achieving the weight of the helmet liner. This article describes that, through the 3D printing technology processing technology, lightweight materials can be applied to the development of the Olympic Winter helmets,it can achieve lightweight of the helmet from the essence of the material.
