摘要
通过对所有转塔类光电产品结构的梳理分析, 确定对某典型结构转塔进行结构参数化设计技术的研究。提取转塔典型零部件的结构顶层特征参数, 建成转塔零部件的三维参数化结构设计模型和零件工程图参数化设计模型, 并经验证和测试, 取得了令人满意的效果。通过嵌入UG NX软件中的二次开发模块, 实现对参数化设计模型的数据库管理,使这种建好的参数化设计模型成为公共资源。
Abstract
Study was made to structure parametric design of the airborne turret with a certain typical structure.The top-level characteristic parameters of components and parts of the turret were extracted,and the 3D parametric design models of them were established.Experimental results showed the effectiveness of the method.Database management of the parametric model was implemented by using the secondary development module of UG NX.Therefore,the models can be used as common resources.
