带筋壁板激光喷丸成形的固有应变建模及成形规律研究

摘要
带筋整体壁板正代替传统装配壁板成为航天领域的重要结构件, 但由于筋条的约束作用, 其成形较为困难。激光喷丸成形因具有高应变率效应和较强成形能力, 是解决带筋整体壁板成形的重要工艺途径。详细阐述了基于固有应变的带筋壁板激光喷丸成形建模方法, 以航天典型网格壁板为例比较了三种不同建模方法的运算效率和精度。证明梁单元模型的计算分析效率相对较高, 壳单元适用分析筋条与壁板之间的相对变形。将上述模型应用于带筋壁板激光喷丸成形变形预测, 针对单筋壁板和网格壁板两种特征带筋壁板, 分析了筋条截面和筋条分布对带筋壁板激光喷丸成形结果的影响。证明网格壁板双向弯曲差异不大, 单向筋条有利于成形单曲率曲面, 且筋条高厚比和宽高比越小沿筋条方向直线性越好。
Abstract
The stiffener integral panel, replacing the assembling panel, is becoming one of the most essential structure in aerospace manufacturing, while the forming of the stiffener integral panel are still facing some challenges because of the stiffener’s constraint. As high strain-rate effect and remarkable formability, laser peenforming (LPF) has become an operative and effective way to form the stiffener integral panel. Based on eigenstrain method with composite shell modeling three finite element models were established and used to model a representative stiffener integral panel, features of different modeling ways were obtained. Finally the eigenstrain modeling was used to predict the bending deformation of the stiffener integral panel in LPF, and the deformation characteristic depending on stiffeners were revealed.
