5寸车载高亮模组散热分析与应用

摘要
液晶模组在汽车上的应用越来越多, 在追求更高品质体验的同时, 对产品的信赖性提出了更高的要求。例如车载液晶显示屏对高亮的需求日益增大, 高亮度必然导致显示屏的热量增加。为了研究散热片对模组散热的影响, 本文基于5 in车载产品研究了不同散热片设计对模组散热效果的影响, 发现当散热片厚度、散热片间距、散热片高度均为为2 mm, 散热片数量为2片, 设计倾角为45°时, 可以降低模组温度5.84%。实验结果表明, 散热面积是影响散热效果的最终因素, 并提供了一种增大散热片散热面积的方法, 对模组产品的散热具有重要的意义。
Abstract
More and more LCD have been applied to the automotive product, the higher pursuit of quality experience, the higher demand for the reliability of the product. For example, there is a growing demand for high luminance of automotive TFT LCD display and high brightness inevitably leads to increase heat. In order to study the effect of heat sink on heat dissipation, the influence of different heat sink design on heat dissipation had been studied, which was based on 5 in automotive LCD. It was found that when the thickness of heat sink, fin spacing and fin height are 2 mm, the quantity of fins is 2, and the design angle of fin sink is 45°, the module temperature was reduced by 584%. The heat dissipation area is the final factor of heat dissipation, and it provides a method for increasing the heat dissipation area. It has the vital significance to the heat dissipation of module products.
